§ 1

Nevermiss is an internet service owned by Grzegorz Borowik running a business under the name CodeCross Grzegorz Borowik based in Teklin 7, entered to CEIDIG. The Regulations define the rules for transactions concluded on the Nevermiss website.

 

§ 2

Nevermiss is a subscription service through which registered users can subscribe to use the mobile application.

§ 3

Making purchases through the Nevermiss application does not require the acceptance of cookies by the user's browser.

The website works on a properly configured Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or other updated and properly configured browser.

§ 4

To place your subscription, download the Nevermiss application (available at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.morethanapps.classifiedsnotifier) and follow the instructions.

The order is made by choosing the right subscription and clicking the "Activate" mark After confirming the selection, the User is transferred to the page of choosing the payment method.

The correct order allows you to use the application for a month.

§ 5

The ordering party - a consumer who has concluded a distance contract may not withdraw from it without giving reasons due to access to a three-week free period.

In the case of exercising the right mentioned in item 1 of this paragraph, the Seller - Nevermiss returns to the bank account of the Ordering Party - the consumer a payment for the returned order.
